Using Yaso

You may use Yaso to plan and manage trips, coordinate with travelers, receive reminders, and access trip information. You are responsible for the information you provide and for making final travel decisions.

Yaso can make mistakes. You should confirm important details such as visa rules, medical needs, booking terms, opening hours, safety notices, and prices with the official provider before relying on them.

Accounts and access

Your WhatsApp number may be used to identify you. Trip organizers and managers can invite travelers and control trip access. Do not try to access, copy, delete, or interfere with trips that are not yours.

Payments

Paid trip activation, when available, is priced and shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Access is activated only after Yaso verifies the checkout session and payment status.

Unless a different written agreement applies, paid trip activation covers the specific trip shown at checkout and does not guarantee availability of third-party services, bookings, or travel suppliers.

Acceptable use

Do not use Yaso for illegal activity, harassment, spam, credential theft, attempts to bypass payment or access controls, scraping, reverse engineering, or harmful automation.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Yaso reliable, but the service depends on third-party systems including WhatsApp, hosting, AI providers, maps, web sources, and Stripe. We may change, pause, or discontinue features when needed.
